This Privacy Policy (hereinafter “Privacy Statement”) describes how Oitec Oy collects, processes and discloses personal data of customers.

In this case, the processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining customer relationships.

    We process personal data for the purposes of billing and receiving invoices. In this case, the basis for processing personal data is a legal obligation to keep records and a legitimate interest.
  4. Service development, security and internal reporting
    We also process personal data to ensure the security, quality improvement and development of the customer relationship and the website. We may also use personal data to compile internal reports for management for the proper management of our business. In these cases, the processing of personal data is based on legitimate interests.
  5. Following of laws
    We process your personal data to fulfill legal obligations, e.g. for accounting purposes or to comply with requests for information from public authorities based on law. In these cases, the processing of personal data is based on a legal obligation.
  6. Other purposes for which you have consented

Oitec Oy does not disclose personal data to third parties, except to the extent permitted or required by law, for example, to comply with a request for information from a competent authority or in connection with legal proceedings.

Personal data may be transferred to Oitec Oy’s partners in situations where the partner processes personal data on our behalf, such as in the performance of financial administration.

Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
